The Meditation for Peace is designed to simply let us relax and, for an hour or so, let go of all that is happening in and around our world. This is NOT a political event! This s NOT a yoga class. It is a time of guided relaxation and peace, designed to send you home ready for a peaceful night’s sleep.
There is NO charge for this event. I just hope you’ll come and find a time of calm, peaceful rest.
